Black Mission Fig & Apricot

8.30oz (235g) jar.

Ingredients: Apricot, Cane Sugar, Black Mission Fig, Fruit Pectin.

Sugar content: For a 20g table spoon only 6g of added sugar.

We mixed black figs and apricot to add a degree of tartness to the preserve. It works very well.

Suggestions: Use with goat cheese or chicken in sandwiches.
